• Aggressive compensation plan: $60,000-$140,000 per year

Qualifications of Retail Furniture Sales / Design Associate:

• High school graduate required
• Ability to work various shifts as required including weekends, evenings.
• Off every Sunday and all major holidays
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, however not required
• Ability to work in a “pay for performance" culture (commission based)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer, phone, and tablet skills required
• Experience in customer follow up and networking
• Interior Design and floor planning experience is a plus
