Director of Nursing -

Brevard County Private Duty Non-Medicare/Non-Medicaid Agency looking for DON to oversee Area 7 Clinical Services (Brevard, Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties).

Clients range from needing skilled intermittent visits for therapy, wound care, infusion, medication management, etc. to 24/7 catastrophic care. Daily responsibilities would include but not limited to performing Start of Cares and Supervisory Visits for our patients and field staff, overseeing the hiring and personnel management of our caregivers and nurses, working with insurance companies to obtain authorizations for service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations for home health agencies.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, is comfortable with computers and basic modern technology, responds well in a collaborative team environment, and is comfortable with a role that incorporates a mix of field and office responsibilities. Home healthcare experience is not necessarily required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
