With our growing and expanding company we are in need of CNA's or Personal Care Assistants/ Home Health Aides. If you are not certified WE WILL TRAIN YOU!!

Job Type:

• Full time or Part time
• Expected to rotate weekends and holidays

Location:

• Saginaw
• Bay City
• Midland
• CareShare Program, you will be driving to participants homes and helping care for participants.

Reports to:

Center Manager and/or designee

Basic Job Duties:

Responsible for the daily direct care-giving of the PACE participants; providing care to our participants in their homes for our CareShare Program.

Requirements:

• Six months clinical experience as a personal care aid, nursing assistant or emergency medical technician and home care experience.
• At least one year experience working with a frail elderly population.
• Current CPR certification needed, if needed we will provide.
• Positive, interpersonal skills with a clear understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA principles.

This Company is Subject to CMS Vaccine Mandates and must be fully vaccinated upon

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
