POSITION SUMMARY
Our Recruiting Specialist's primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review Resumes Identifying Key Qualifications and Experiences Related to Specified Job Descriptions
- Identify Qualified Candidates who Have Applied via ATS and Related Job Boards
- Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process
- Collect Proper Documentation Including Background Checks, Licenses, and Certifications Needed for Onboarding and Compliance
- Perform Reference Checks
- Document All Key Information Pertaining to Candidates
- Field Inbound Calls to the Agency
- Source Candidates from Other Job Boards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum of 1 Year Recruitment Experience (Preferred)
- Working Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional Writing Skills
- Excellent with social media (Preferred)
- Research and Analytical
- Bilingual is a plus
- Superior Phone Etiquette
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
