Description:
We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a field position in the Berkeley/Oakland territory. As a PT, you will provide in-home therapy services to our home health patients, helping them to regain and maintain their mobility and independence.
This is a flexible position with a schedule of 9-5, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We accept local candidates, and we will provide training for OASIS experience. However, we do require at least 2 years of home health experience and are open to OT.
Our electronic medical records (EMR) system is WellSky, and we require BLS/CPR certification and a valid California license for the position. Additionally, we require all staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and mileage between patients is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.
