What does the position look like?

  • Answer phones for customer service and schedule service appointments
  • Opportunity to advise potential customers on solutions and design options
  • Enter customer information with 100% accuracy and accept payments
  • Monitor installer and service technicians’ schedules to maximize route efficiency
  • Greet walk-in customers occasionally
  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude towards customers and fellow employees

Requirements:

  • Multi-line telephone experience a plus
  • Computer experience and adaptability with technology is essential
  • Must have excellent communication and listening skills with the strong ability to multi-task and stay focused
  • Must have excellent grammar, spelling, phone and computer skills
  • Must have strong writing skills.
  • Must be independent, proactive, organized, neat, task and detail-oriented
  • Must be a quick learner
  • Punctuality and flexibility is a must

Full-time: 8:30am-5:30pm M-F, opportunity for Saturday hours

Part-time: 8:30am-2:30pm M-F, opportunity for Saturday hours

(Available for occasional additional hours a plus.)

Starting pay $22 DOE.

Commission opportunities are available.

Minimum Wage will be paid for the first week of training and onboarding.

References will be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
