Job description

We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying Home Hospice Overnight On-Call RN position. The RN will be on call from 5pm-3am, working Monday-Thursday one week, and Tuesday-Friday the next week. They benefits and salary are generous for this position and a $2 shift differential is added to salary. One Saturday per month is required, and the nurse will be provided a $100 stipend, plus $40 for any visits, and $140 for any admissions done that day. The RN will be part of the Continuous Care Team, working mostly at home for this position and can sleep during these hours but must be available to go out to do a visit if the triage team decides patient's call can't be handled any other way. The Registered Nurse will have some scheduled patient visits during their working hours. The Registered Nurse is not required to have Home Health or Hospice experience; however, the nurse must have at least 1 year of hands-on RN experience in a healthcare setting. This Home Hospice On-Call Overnight position is with a home health and hospice company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. REQUIREMENTS OF THE HOME HOSPICE OVERNIGHT ON-CALL REGISTERED NURSE POSITION: We will accept an RN with 1 year of experience in ANY healthcare setting, however if the nurse does have experience with med/surg patients, that is a plus including Emergency Room, Emergency Department, rehabilitation Center / skilled nursing facility SNF, home health care / visiting nurse setting, rehab hospital, correctional facility, hospital / medical center, Intensive Care Unit ICU, Medical Intensive Care Unit MICU, Surgical Intensive Care Unit SICU, Definitive Observation Unit DOU, Critical Care Unit CCU, float / pool nurse. Any experience will be accepted as long as the RN has at least one year of licensed experience. The registered nurse must be a registered nurse (RN). The registered nurse must be licensed in the state. The Registered Nurse must either be a US Citizen or have your green card. This company requires a COVID-19 vaccine.
