Good Samaritan Hospice, an entity of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, is seeking full and part time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Managers to care for and serve our hospice patients in the Butler County area. Our Hospice Registered Nurses play an integral part in personalizing the end-of-life needs of not only the patient but the family as well.

- Your patients - Your schedule. Typical hours for our hospice Registered Nurses are Monday-Friday from 8 to 4:30 but we are open to other possibilities. Let us know what type of schedule you are seeking. Some weekends, on-call and holidays required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Demonstrates excellent clinical skills
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
