TikTok TCG Live-stream Co-Host
Crossing Inc is a E-Commerce business with a focus on TCG/Collectibles sales through live-streaming.
We are looking for Co-Hosts for our live-streams, our Co-Hosts are responsible for providing support to our live-stream Hosts by taking care of the backend duties as well as providing entertainment support.
Job Duties:
Before the live-stream:
- Count and maintain inventory of products during the live-stream, including filling out the inventory sheet.
- Restock the room with accessories
During the live-stream:
- Refresh and manage the Shopify queue, notifying the host of new orders and packaging orders once opened.
Be Cautious: read the orders in the right order. Be mindful that the orders are shipped sealed or opened on live and tell the host about this information.
- Package orders and mark them as shipped on Shipstation, adding any additional notes, and tagging as necessary.
- Provide additional commentary and entertainment for the audience during the live stream, engaging with the host and chat, and answering questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, and work to implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Provide updates to the host about the state of the Queue, remind them of bounties, and any codes.
After the live-stream:
- Complete the end count for inventory and clean the room of any debris after the stream.
- Organize orders carefully by numerical order inside a bin or boxes.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Co-Host is confident, cheerful, interactive, good at expressing themselves and empathetic to others. Someone who is comfortable on camera and able to maintain their energy for a full 8 hour period. A person who enjoys Trading Cards, Anime, Video Games and Collectibles. Co-Hosts need to have strong communication skills, be an independent thinker and have the ability to problem solve. The ideal candidate is a person that can multitask and is good with numbers.
Hours of Operation:
We operate 24/7 and we are looking to fill all of our time slots for our shifts.
Daytime is 7AM - 5PM or 11AM - 7PM
Night Shift is considered to be 5PM - 3AM or 7PM - 3AM
Graveyard Shift is 3AM - 11 AM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
Our schedule is published every Friday and due to the nature of live-streaming our schedule changes week to week so flexibility is a plus.
- Daytime, Evening + Graveyard shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Experience:
- TCG Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- E-commerce experience is (Preferred)
- Retail or Sales Experience (Preferred)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
