Host responsibilities include:
-Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant, making a positive first impression. Greet guests warmly and sincerely with an honest smile, making eye contact.
-Promote the company's high level of service standards by exhibiting friendliness and a hospitable attitude.
-Anticipate guests' needs. Find the "yes" to every situation.
-Answer phones, keep an accurate count of reservations, and handle the reservation book.
-Operate as a member of a team, helping others and requesting help as needed. Perform other restaurant duties as requested by management.
*Familiarity with Resy, or a comparable system is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
