Job description
- The Server will take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve beverages and food orders to guest tables according to Hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
- Perform food preparation duties such as preparing pastries, salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, portioning desserts, and brewing coffee.
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, tidying up server station, and taking out trash
Food safety certification preferred but not required. Work shifts and hours vary, weekend and holiday hours required.
