EXPERIENCED HOST and LEAD HOST
Grandmaster Recorders is one of Hollywoods most exiting new venues!

We are looking for an enthusiastic hosts to be the front face of the business & start our guests experience at a high level.

Host Job Responsibilities:

• You are the face of the restaurant and first point of contact for visiting guests, their first impression starts with you. Attention to detail and a charismatic personality is A MUST.
• Be comfortable with a 220+ seat dining experience and handle various types of reservations for the restaurant through RESY.
• Receive and route high volume phone calls and guest inquiries.
• Please be sharp and feel comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Be able to understand and work with multiple seating charts and floor plans.

Host Qualifications / Skills:

• Restaurant customer service experience preferred. Hospitality driven, and detail oriented a MUST.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a strong, positive attitude at all times.
• Have a working knowledge of all menus, company details and policies.
• Knowledge of Resy reservation system
