Job description
The Front Desk Agent will greet and assist customers who arrive at the reception area, answering questions and assisting with any problems they may have. This is an ideal position for a candidate who is organized, efficient and able to multitask effectively. While the Front Desk Agent isn't responsible for doing inventory, they will be expected to answer phones, schedule appointments, make outgoing calls and ensure that the waiting area is always clean and welcoming. The Front Desk Agent will never be responsible for driving a company vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the lobby of a hotel or a motel.
- Provide assistance to guests.
- Communicate with staff members throughout hotel.
- Deal with difficult guests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
