You will be in charge of the company's procedures and personnel, ensuring that they are well-coordinated and productive. You'll be in charge of overseeing each hotel department, supervising employees, evaluating the effectiveness of business operations, and allocating resources. $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with front office, food and beverage, and other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly
• Develop and implement strategies to guarantee a positive experience that surpasses guest expectations
• Include a component of staff meetings that aims to create innovative ways of continuously enhancing performance
• Screen applicants, hire and train new staff, and manage hotel operations personnel to ensure all departments function smoothly
• Conduct revenue management audits for all department budgets, including purchase journals, expenditures, capital requests, labor, and present reports to general manager

Qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
• This position requires prior experience managing a team in a hospitality or hotel management role
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of previous work in hospitality, preferably in a full-service hotel
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a similar field is required
