Job Summary

Hotel management company in Dallas is looking to add Hotel Staff Accountant with specific knowledge of M3 hotel accounting software. Part time, with some travel during the hotel acquisition process and assisting the Director of Finance in other accounting and inventory control tasks. AP, AR, Bank Recon experience helpful.

Responsibilities and Duties

Working with the Corporate Director of Finance and assist property General Managers and Operations Managers to ensure proper daily report input, reconcile revenues, and produce financial statements with proper balance sheet and monthly bank reconciliation, as necessary

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors degree preferred.

M3 Hotel Accounting software experience required.

Hotel HR and Accounting background preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
