We are a small family-friendly owned business with 10+ years of experience looking for additional help in the Grove City area. We are looking for a strong employee who is eager to learn or continue to learn about the cleaning world. We strive to be the best at what we do and take the time to ensure our customers are happy!

Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in our residences or office buildings.
• Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and windex.
• Cleans restrooms including emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
• Cleans Kitchens including emptying trash, cleaning all appliances counters and cabinets.
• Ensure optimum service to guests.

Cleaner Qualifications / Skills;

• Available to work Monday-Friday
• Willingness to work hard (this is physical work, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, mopping)
• Positive customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Able work in a team oriented atmosphere
• It is essential you want to do a good job! We guarantee all of our work and only want to make our customers happy

Education, Experience, and Licensing

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience a plus
• Willing to do a background check
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

More Info

• Pay determined by experience, opportunity for raise after a 90 day period based on performance
• Day time hours- Hours vary but a typical day is 9-5 (this depends on the number of properties, cancellations etc)
• Average hours are 28-35 a week, we are flexible and may be willing to work with you
• Weekly pay
• Several paid breaks through out the day (including lunch)

• For this job all employees meet at one location (in Grove City) and ride together in company car for the rest of the day

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
