What is the job: Our Professional Housecleaners work in teams of 2 (1 Team Leader and 1 Certified Partner CPH) to clean the interior of our client's homes. Most schedules are 3-4 homes/day, but can range from 3-5 depending on size and location in local area We use our unique cleaning process and system to give our clients great cleans while being very efficient.

Who we hire: Thorough, careful, and detail-focused team players for the position of professional house cleaner. Must be reliable, professional, and want to be part of our purpose.

Our ideal candidate: Reliable and professional team players who are consistent and do the "little things" that will allow us to reward you for high-quality work.

What we offer you:

• $16-$20 for Rock Star Team Members/hour cleaning pay (90% of time), $12-15/hour drive/prep time (10%).
• We are not a commission-based company.
• Starting pay is $650-$750 per week ($33,840-$38,740 per year) based on 36-40 hours per week and $30-$50/week average in tips.
• No nights! No weekends! Start at 7:50AM daily. Off 4:00-5 PM typically, but could be later on peak days/holiday season
• More paid days off than you've ever had! Paid holidays once our CPH training is passed (usually 30-45 days), immediate vacation accrual once CPH achieved, sick days, and a paid volunter day over the year! One-year employees get a total of 17 paid days per year and five-year employees get upto 26 paid days per year.

• Full thorough 6-8 week training program as well as caring and confident management. You will be trained by a professional that makes well over $40,000-$50,000 per year (could be your next job). We want to provide you with all the tools to succeed as a valued long-term team member.
