Migliore Cleaning Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team. As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes and businesses are clean, sanitary, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

-Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.

-Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces are spotless.

-Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.

-Adhere to Migliore Cleaning Solutions' eco-friendly cleaning practices, using approved products and procedures.

-Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the company uniform and adhering to company grooming standards.

-Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

-Work efficiently and effectively to complete assigned tasks within the allotted time frame.

-Communicate with clients professionally and courteously, addressing any concerns or requests they may have.

-Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs to the supervisor.

-Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, restocking and replenishing as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Physically capable of performing the duties of the job, including lifting up to 25 lbs, standing for extended periods, and bending, stooping, and reaching.

Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
