Startup cleaning company is looking for reliable, honest, detail-oriented persons to join our housekeeping team. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning residential homes and businesses
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting/moving objects up to 30 pounds
• Travel to and from company addresss
• Travel to and from client locations
• Interacting with clients in a professional manner
• VERY RARELY: Cleanup of bodily fluids (a bonus will be paid for this rare task)

The ideal candidate will be responsive to communications, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation. Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Must also provide two professional references. Starting pay is $15/hr for a probationary period of 90 days, during which time, training will be provided, followed by a pay raise up to $22/hr, depending on experience and performance. Benefits (for W-2 employees) include liability protection, worker's compensation, and unemployment insurance, and cleaning supplies will be provided; more benefits and opportunities will become available as the company grows, including health insurance. If being hired as 1099, you must provide your own liability protection and cleaning supplies. Client referral bonuses will also be paid, as well as on-the-job bonuses for completing certain tasks. All employees must supply their own uniforms.
