Maid Easy Cleaning Professionals is a family-owned cleaning company. Employees work in customers’ homes and offices, providing quality cleaning services.

Salary: $14.00 an hour, PLUS TIPS & MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT

New Employee Sign on Bonus!!! Earn $50 Bonus (after completion of 2 full calendar months and as long as employee does not call out more than 3 times in a calendar month, for the first 2 months of employment.)

Housekeeper/Housekeeping/Cleaning (Full Time or Part-Time)

In order to qualify, you MUST meet the following requirements:

• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a valid Florida driver’s license.
• You MUST be able to communicate in English
• You must be willing to give consent to a national background check.

Work Hours:

During the new hire orientation, you will be given the opportunity to select the hours you are available to work. Once your schedule has been set, you must commit to the hours you are available to work. Working days are Monday-Friday (8:00 am-5:00 pm) Saturdays are also working days with more flexible schedule. You must be able to report to the office daily by 8:00 am (we are located in the Brandon area).

Transportation:
As part of your employment, you MUST have transportation to get you to and from your assigned jobs. This job requires the daily use of your personal vehicle. We Pay Mileage Reimbursement!

License and Insurance:
During the course of your employment, it is mandatory that all employees maintain valid auto insurance on the vehicle they are using for work. The insurance purchased MUST cover the employee as an authorized driver of the vehicle. All employees must maintain a valid Florida driver’s license during the course of their employment. This job requires the use of your personal vehicle. Maid Easy requires all employees to maintain proper licensing, insurance, license plates, and registration, and ensure the vehicle is in safe working order. Maid Easy also requires all employees to follow all traffic laws and practice safe driving.

Physical Labor:
Maid Easy services many types of customers and offers a large variety of cleaning services. The following is a list of physical requirements all employees must be able to perform. Failure to perform any one of the listed requirements will result in the inability to complete jobs.

· Walking

· Bending at the waist and knees

· Squatting

· Positioning body on hands and knees

· Reaching and stretching

· Climbing up and down a ladder

· Standing for long periods of time

· Working in various temperatures, including outdoor work or in homes without air conditioning

· Pushing a vacuum

· Sweeping and mopping a floor

· Climbing stairs

· Lifting up to 50 pounds

· Carrying all issued supplies

· Scrubbing showers, toilets, tubs, sinks, floors, and any other areas that require scrubbing

· Cleaning inside of kitchen appliances

- Must be okay with working around nonaggressive household animals such as cats and dogs
