Our client, based in Brentwood, Tenn., has a bustling family of six (with kiddos aged 12, 6, 4, and 1) seeking an all-star Housekeeper/Laundress/Nanny to join the team and keep their home running like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you'll enjoy:

- A competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30, depending on experience
As the go-to Housekeeper/Laundress/Nanny, your duties will include:
- Cleaning, organizing, and stocking the entire home to ensure it's always a welcoming haven
- Masterfully managing laundry duties, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes each day
- Lending a helping hand in childcare by picking up or dropping off the little ones as needed
- Being mindful of hand hygiene and maintaining a clean, germ-free environment for the family
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a skilled, energetic professional with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization
- Can comfortably navigate a home with staircases and keep up with the family's lively little crew
- Has a flexible schedule, with availability to work either Monday thru Saturday (off Friday and Sunday) OR Tuesday thru Saturday (off Sunday and Monday)
- Monday thru Saturday schedule: Mon., Tues. 11am-7pm / Wed., Thurs. 1pm-7pm / Sat. 8am-2pm
- Tuesday thru Saturday schedule: Tues., Wed. 11am-7pm / Thurs. 1pm-7pm / Fri. 1pm-5pm / Sat. 8am-2pm

Requirements:
- Prior experience: Housekeeper with child care experience. Over 3 years of experience in housekeeping, childcare, and/or laundry services, preferably in a private home or family setting.
- Valid driver's license: A clean driving record and ability to safely transport the children using the provided family vehicle.
- Background check: Willingness to undergo a thorough background check to ensure the safety and well-being of the family.
- Communication skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and adults in the household.
- Physical fitness: The ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, and navigating staircases, as the job demands.
- Time management: Exceptional time management skills to juggle various tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Flexibility: A flexible schedule with availability to work either Tuesday thru Saturday (off Sunday and Monday) OR Monday thru Saturday (off Friday and Sunday).
- Authorization to work: Legal eligibility to work in the USA.
- Discretion and professionalism: The ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally in a private family environment.
- Basic First Aid and CPR: Although not mandatory, having certification in basic First Aid and CPR is a plus.
