General Responsibilities

• Make up beds and change linens as required.
• Sweep, scrub, mop floors.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs and draperies as needed.
• Dust or clean/polish furniture, fixtures and fittings.
• Empty and clean trash containers, disposing of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Wipe down and sanitize wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces.
• Wash windows as scheduled.
• Sort, wash, load and unload dirty laundry; Sort, fold, put away clean laundry.
• Report necessary repairs.
• Ensure all lost and found items are logged appropriately.
• Be familiar with all property amenities.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Identify the needs of our guests and meet these needs, aiming to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
• Pick up ground litter around property or whenever visible.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Maintain professional, friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Dedicated to providing excellent service.

Requirements

• Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Frequent bending, reaching overhead and squatting Lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Push/pull objects weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Housekeeping experience preferred-not required
• Must have flexible work availability to include weekends
• Pays extreme attention to detail

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
