Trinity Springs, a 150-unit senior living community offering assisted living and memory care in Oxford, FL, is hiring a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! In addition to generous benefits, we are offering a $5,000 Bonus!

In this role, you will supervise housekeeping staff. You will also clean resident rooms, restrooms, and other common areas, which may include dusting, vacuuming, washing, and trash removal. We are seeking someone who display a compassionate, positive attitude, and who will strive for personal excellence.

This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working a varied schedule.

Housekeeper Supervisor skills and requirements:

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Enjoys working independently and as a team player.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Desire to create relationships with residents and staff.

Bonus points for:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
