HR Administrator

Fantastic new opportunity available with our well-established client based in D12.

This role will report to the Head of HR Strategy and will have the ability to develop professional relationships and collaborate with other members of the team.

This role offers hybrid working model (c. 2 days in the office).

Responsibilities:

  • HRIS System Data Amendment or Updating
  • Payroll Data notification
  • New Joiner form processing
  • New Joiner Orientation
  • Maternity Leave processing
  • Invoice Processing
  • Leaver Processing
  • Contract Generation
  • Email account Management
  • Adhoc activities as required.
  • Deliver a General Administrative resource supporting the People Processes and Practices within the business.
  • Participate and assist in the rollout of HR activities and initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Administrator role or third level HR Qualification.
  • A confident team player who is also well capable of working independently and on his/her own initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with wide range of stakeholders
  • Discreet, approachable, people-orientated person, dedicated to providing the highest standard of service
  • Proactive and highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadline
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly MS Excel and MS Word

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
