Role Description

The HR Co-Ordinator is a key role within the HR Operations team and supports the team to deliver on the remit across the Group, partnering closely with HR Business Partners to execute

HR processes with a focus on employee experience and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for employee queries via Outlook and Teams, including responding to and monitoring the HR Operations mailbox and generally ensuring key information is available via our established channels
  • Become the team’s HR System Super User and engage with the business to share knowledge and information on how best to access team information
  • Develop, update and maintain key HR Operations processes to ensure a high level of quality output for reporting purposes
  • Prepare and issue documentation relating to terms and conditions for new and existing employees in line with policies and procedures
  • Liaise with our Payroll unit to ensure employee terms and conditions are communicated in a timely manner, following agreed quality assurance process
  • Responsible for data entry, maintenance and updating of information, in addition to improving functionality of our HR System (Core HR), ensuring a high level of data integrity is achieved in relation to all employee information
  • Support the full onboarding and offboarding experiences by coordinating with teams throughout the business to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding through to planning quarterly induction events.
  • Support the team on preparation and generation of full range of HR reports and ensuring quality output
  • Support audit and data integrity initiatives ensuring all HR records are accurate and up to date
  • Responsible for storage of and access to our confidential personnel files and statutory records

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a key co-ordinating role within a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to employ tact and handle confidential data
  • Strong attention to detail along with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of established HR processes and procedures
  • High level of proficiency in all MS Office applications, MS SharePoint and advanced HR systems knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
