Ornua Foods is responsible for the marketing and sales of Ornua’s consumer brands including Kerrygold, Dubliner, Pilgrims Choice, Kerrygold, Avantage, Forto, and BEO. Markets are served by production facilities and in-market sales and marketing teams in Africa, Asia, Germany, Ireland, the UK, the rest of Europe, the Middle East, and the US.
Ornua Ingredients is responsible for the procurement of Irish and non-Irish dairy products and for the sale of dairy ingredients to food manufacturing and foodservice customers across the world. Ornua Ingredients is also responsible for managing volatility through de-risking and trading strategies. The business is supported by production facilities in Saudi Arabia, Spain, the UK, the US and by in-market teams in Africa and the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
Contributes to the People Services team, displaying a strong ability to problem solve and train/coach team members on a variety of associate lifecycle data management transactions and administrative tasks.
Responding to and resolving HR enquiries from employees, managers and HR colleagues in a timely manner utilizing knowledge base and case management tool- (Peopledoc) in accordance with our SLA’s.
Complete transactional HR processes and data updates using Success factors HRIS system and Peopledoc CRM.
Run and circulate monthly reports to the business from Peopledoc and Bloom where required.
Se rves as primary support and coach for employees and managers with Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) transactions through Bloom and Peopledoc.
Participates in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes as needed.
Administer Annual Pay and Performance review processes.
Collaborates with other cross-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner.
Maintaining/archiving electronic and physical personnel records in accordance with record retention policies.
Responsible for having a general understanding of policy and procedure and be able to help others navigate them.
Partners with the HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise (CoE) to build a collaborative team environment.
Enables process alignment to Global Processes, covering change & communication activities, stabilizing new ways of working, driving efficiency and process improvement.
Assist with Adhoc tasks, HR initiatives and projects as required. Represent and espouse Ornua’s values of With Heart, With Thought, With Drive and With Vision at every opportunity, with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key competencies
Human Resources / Business Qualification: 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience
1+ years previous experience in HR administration or shared services
Preferred SAP Success Factors experience
Excellent customer service, time management and communication skills
High personal integrity required in handling confidential information
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Highly proficient and competent user in Microsoft Office applications, MS Windows.
Flexible team player, with a passion and drive for HR and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
