We are currently recruiting for a newly created HR Business Partner, in a large Financial Services company.
Based in Dublin South - Hybrid Capacity

This role is newly created and gives someone the opportunity to assist in the strategic development of this company.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with senior stakeholders
- Management and development of strategic initiatives
- Creation of a Talent Programme and Career framework
- Assist in Project Management on a strategic level
- Oversee Talent Acquisitions and assist in sourcing methods, as well as creating a Talent Acquisition programme
- Management of Inclusion and Diversity within the company
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a similar capacity within medium sized organisation, preferably within the Financial Services industry
- Talent Acquisition experience required
- Knowledgeable of strategy initiative implementation
- Keen communication skills and ability to self motivate integral to success within this role
