Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Nursing licensure check.
  • Complete background check.
  • Complete the onboarding process including processing paperwork and prompt follow-up calls.
  • Oversee the orientation process.
  • Process and processing payroll slips.
  • Ensure HR files are up to date.
  • Maintains and tracks all time-off requests and coordinates a schedule to meet the needs in an efficient manner.
  • Work in an organized manner to get all new hires onboarded in an efficient manner with all credentials.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be available to work full time hours in our office (32-40 hours).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Responsible for completing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • 2 years of HR experience in a nursing home required.
