Healthcare Facility in Newark, Ohio area is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our HR Director/Staffing Coordinator . The primary responsibility of the HR Director/Staffing Coordinator includes handling the schedules.
Required qualifications for HR Director/Staffing Coordinator:
- Greeting and directing all visitors
- Answering multi-line phones and directing incoming phone calls
- Filing medical records
- Prefer 2-3 years of experience as HR Preferred
- Organizational and attention to detail is a must
- Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
- Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.
- Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel
- Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures
- OH LPN/RN
