Human Resources IS Specialist

HR Operations IS Specialist Vacancy
This role will support and maintain specialized and internal HR systems, services and applications used within the company. The HR Operations IS Specialist will also be expected to keep up to date with all existing HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, and ensure that legislative and policy updates are incorporated into HR systems.
The main responsibilities of the role include the following:
· Ensuring data managed within our different HR systems is consistent with our Payroll systems data.
· Provide training on HR systems as required within the HR team and the wider business
· Regular system audits and follow through to ensure data compliance to HR processes.
· Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to all employees for HR systems.
· Manage permissions, access and other requests for HR service users.
· Customise and provide HR reports as required from the HR systems.
· Take a lead role between HR, Technology and external vendors for HR databases and projects as required.
· Monthly management of company headcount reporting.
· Collaborate and manage HR process improvements (focused on optimisation of HR processes, process improvements, enhancing metrics / dashboards, automation, and digitising experiences)
· Serve as a subject matter expert on HR systems (both coach and mentor)
· Ensure records are kept up to date on HR systems and validating the accuracy of data
· Provide regular reports and metrics on team activity and trends
· Ensure responses given, actions taken, and documentation produced, comply with internal procedures and standards and external regulatory and legislative requirements
· Ensure team and wider organisation are regularly updated on relevant information
Candidates should possess the following:
· Highly developed working knowledge of HR systems, together with strong PC skills, including core Microsoft packages such as MS Excel (advanced) and MS Word.
· Strong reporting skills are required to track activity and produce and assess metrics and trends
· Ability to integrate well within teams and relate to a wide range of individuals at all levels
· Self-motivated, highly organised and flexible
· Accuracy and attention to detail, together with the ability to prioritise demands and exercise judgement and discretion
· Ability to work and lead in an environment of varying demands and tight deadlines, as well as the ability to assist team members to manage and organise workload
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €39,000.00-€50,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
