PNW Warehousing has an opening for an HR Generalist in our rapidly growing company! We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage the HR functions for the company.

Conveniently located between the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma, we offer a full-service menu for all your warehouse, freight consolidation, transload, and cross-dock needs. With 150,000 sq ft of storage space, we have all the tools to streamline our client's logistics operations. We are looking to increase our client base in the Newest Top of Line Facility with lots of room to grow.

Pay Scale: $35-40/HR
Benefits:
- 100% covered Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (100% covered for employee premiums)
- 40 hours of Paid Vacation
- 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked
- 6 Paid Holidays
Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday, evening and weekends as needed
Position Summary: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least two years of human resource generalist experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's applicant tracking and internal systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- SHRM-CP a plus.
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
