Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an HR Generalist to join our client in Elk Grove Village, IL. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruiting process of all employees, getting them onboarded, and coordinating orientations. HR Generalist Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $22 to $25/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Located in Elk Grove Village, IL

HR Generalist Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process of all employees
• Onboard and coordinate the orientation process
• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
• Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration
• Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews
• Administrative tasks, such as attendance, coding invoices, maintaining PTO calendar

HR Generalist Requirements and Qualifications

• 5 years of |previous experience in a Human Resources role is preferred
• Must possess knowledge of unemployment regulations/ laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and technical skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
