We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Manager on behalf of a Manufacturing company
Standalone position in a fast developing company
Hybrid role - Dublin North based
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the HR function, providing advice, expertise, and guidance to members of management on all HR issues
- Manage and deliver the business recruitment needs, from role advertising, candidate selection, to succession planning processes
- Develop, update & maintain HR policies and procedures
- Direct industrial and employee relations and represent the organisation in third party arenas as appropriate
- Conduct Disciplinary and Grievance hearings
- Facilitate education and career development for staff
- Manage the implementation and continual refreshing of our L&D Portal
- Oversee all aspects of HR administration and ensure HR records are kept up-to-date
- Respond to HR queries and requests
- Ensure the effective implementation of performance management
- Develop and nurture a positive workplace wellness culture and promote healthy work environments across the organisation
- Good knowledge of labour law and H.R. best practice
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of ER, Recruitment and operational HR
- Keen communication skills and highly organised
