We are currently recruiting for the role of HR Manager on behalf of a Manufacturing company

Standalone position in a fast developing company

Hybrid role - Dublin North based

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage the HR function, providing advice, expertise, and guidance to members of management on all HR issues

• Manage and deliver the business recruitment needs, from role advertising, candidate selection, to succession planning processes

• Develop, update & maintain HR policies and procedures

• Direct industrial and employee relations and represent the organisation in third party arenas as appropriate

• Conduct Disciplinary and Grievance hearings

• Facilitate education and career development for staff

• Manage the implementation and continual refreshing of our L&D Portal

• Oversee all aspects of HR administration and ensure HR records are kept up-to-date

• Respond to HR queries and requests

• Ensure the effective implementation of performance management

• Develop and nurture a positive workplace wellness culture and promote healthy work environments across the organisation

• Good knowledge of labour law and H.R. best practice

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of ER, Recruitment and operational HR
• Keen communication skills and highly organised
