Overview:

Position Summary:

The PAC Support role will work in the PAC Department performing new hire onboarding, processing resignations and terminations, processing PSC’s (Personal Status Changes) and assisting the PAC Business Partners with various duties related to the people operations of New American Funding. In addition, the PAC Support role will be responsible for managing the respective boxes in TopDesk answering employee questions, giving general guidance, directing employees to the proper resources and ensuring response SLA’s are met or exceeded for optimal employee experience. The PAC Support role must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and dependability at all times.


Location
: Tustin, CA - Austin -TX ; remote OK, Will be required to work on-site 2 days a week if within 30 miles of Austin or Tustin offices.
Pay rate: $19-22/hr, d.o.e.
**Must work PST time zone**
Responsibilities:
  • Weekly onboarding of new hires including, date entry into ADP Workforce Now, BV, collection of all required documents, and validating the I9 documentation and completion within legal timelines.
  • Assist with virtual NHO (New Hire Orientation), setting up weekly Teams meeting, answering questions live during NHO and presenting NHO as needed.
  • Processing of resignations and terminations including system termination (ADP), preparing and sending Separation Packages and answering questions from the departing employee.
  • Processing PSC’s (Personal Status Change) requests managing the movement of employees within NAF’s systems. These include Manager changes, department transfers, title changes and various other employee life cycle changes. Review changes and ensure accuracy in data.
  • Sending Access Notification for new hires, separations, and employee changes.
  • Requesting final check with Payroll for separations adhering to state laws surrounding final pay.
  • Maintaining the New Hire Spreadsheet ensuring the information is updated and correct for the new hires each week.
  • Communication with new hires for any new hire paperwork missing or follow up documentation needed.
  • Saving documentation to employees’ files sent by Management.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Required HS diploma in related field or experience equivalent
  • 1+ years working in Human Resources Assistant, Onboarding operations.
  • Detail orientated and organized
  • Great follow through skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paces environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Great follow through skills
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred

Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
