About the role:
HR Operations and Geography Partner will play a key role to support the business growing in Dublin/London region.
Your scope and role will include the key areas within the employee experience:
HR Operations:
- In charge of running the payroll for both locations and keeping up to date our HR Systems (some flexibility might be requested to support other locations)
- In charge of reporting for finance/legal and HR Metrics
- In charge of punctual Audit mainly related to payroll
- In charge of tax filing and relationship with tax expert when needed
- Provide administrative support on the entire cycle of the employees from recruitment to termination (offer preparation, background check when needed, up to final payment)
- Perform internal controls effectively, efficiently, and economically
- Execute on Onboarding and Exit Processes
- Responsible for managing the benefits including renewals of insurances, pension plan with brokers to stay competitive in this space
- Responsible for maintaining and establishing policies including employee handbook and staying compliant with local requirements and legislations
- Involve in the site management (Business Continuity Management, Floor plan…)
- Might be involved in some project locally or globally
HR Geography Partner:
- Handle Employee Relations issues and sensitive situations
- Coordinate Mobility in and out of the locations with HR Business Partners
- Advocate for Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, and the culture in the office generally
- Maintain and nurture collaborative relationship(s) with the HR Community
- Point of contact for local management (attending management meetings, give updates).
About you:
You would have worked in professional HR roles within the financial services and or insurance sectors preferably ideally HR topic function expertise.
You should hold:
- Proven track record of partnering with and delivering value to a high performing, highly demanding client group
- Intercultural awareness e.g. international work experience
- Knowledge of reinsurance business segment (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in influencing HR outcomes with senior business stakeholders
- A personality that demonstrates executive credibility
- Strong technical skills in Operations and Stakeholder management
- Appetite for networking skills to ensure a global perspective on HR solutions and the ability to connect local, regional and Head Office topics and colleagues together
- Experience in working for multinational organizations with matrix reporting lines and complex regional/global infrastructure
- Flexibility to work in an ever changing environment where new priorities can emerge
- Collaborative approach
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated digitally savviness, attention to details, reliability and diligence.
