The Senior HR Recruiter's will manage all recruitment responsibilities for Teleios Collaborative Network. Teleios is a nonprofit organization that supports Hospice Organizations across the United States. The Senior HR Recruiter's primary responsibilities are to attract, source, and hire diverse talent that reflects the communities the Hospice Organizations serve. The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, candidate screening, candidate presentations to hospice members, weekly activity reports (ATS), and HR coaching. The Recruiter will also manage a pipeline of candidates and hiring manager relationships. To succeed, the Recruiter must be highly effective in recruitment to maintain candidate satisfaction, engage with operational leaders, and can communicate with all key players in the processes.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 / year

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Recruiter will assist Hospice Members to fill clinical positions such as Physicians, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• The Senior Recruiter will also help lead various Talent Acquisition projects as needed
• The position is required to manage the Applicant Tracking System and input new requisitions in a timely manner
• Giving valuable insight and coaching to members to assist with retention and internal recruitment strategies.
• Manage all recruitment duties and report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Qualifications:

• 1 -3 years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Education: Bachelors Degree Required
• Work Remote Full Time
• Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
