HR Recruitment Admin Assistant Grade IV
Job description
Purpose of the Role:
The successful candidate will work as part of the Human Resource Team with a focus on identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through applicant tracking system and social media, conducting interviews and end to end recruitment lifecycle activity.
Essential Criteria:
- Have achieved Leaving Certificate or its equivalent or a minimum Level 5/6 on the QQI National Qualification Framework.
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ administrative experience working in a recruitment-based role.
- High degree of personal computer literacy, including Word, Excel and databases (ideally HR /Recruitment databases).
- Excellent communicator with good written and verbal ability.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
