This position will give you the unique opportunity be included in a rotational program with the other HRSP giving you exposure to all functions within the organization. You will work with:

In this position, you will partner with the business and act as the strategic HR advisor to the assigned functional leadership team.

Job Responsibilities surmised

  • In this role you will be a strategic HR advisor to all functional leadership
  • You will be coach and advisor to managers, leaders and HR partners
  • Coordinate with other HR functions (HR services, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to effectively manage the successful delivery of professional HR support
  • Strategically execute all HR initiatives, ensure consistent implementation and feedback to project owners
  • Participate in regional/global project teams to ensure the Ireland HR perspective is not overlooked
  • Ensure regular review of all country policies, processes and employee compensation & benefits to keep them aligned with internal and external trends and business needs
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement

What your background should look like

  • You will need your bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent experience, a HR related major is preferred
  • Relevant years of experience in HR generalist experience within a manufacturing organization (1-3 years as a minimum)
  • Knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices
  • Experience in Employee Focused Communications would be a distinct advantage
  • Project Management experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
