The Role

Applications are invited for two vacancies currently in HR:
- HR Specialist, Enterprise Services
- HR Specialist, ESB Networks
The HR specialist role is a member of the HR Business Partner team and delivers a range of HR services and support to the business. You will be given responsibility for specific business lines and will support business-wide initiatives and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a business HR team.
This role will report to the human resource manager and will be based in either our or Head Office, 27 Lower Fitzwilliam St., Dublin 2 or Gateway 3, Dublin 1.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Specialist will:
- Support the HR Business Partners in day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives across their business areas
- Provide HR support for key HR Processes including the Annual Performance Review process, Absence Management, Recruitment, Resource Planning, etc.
- Drive and support process improvement initiatives within the HR function
Networks-specific:
- Support large scale recruitment campaigns that deliver critical resources to the business
Enterprise Services-specific:
- Support the Contingent labour analysis and resource model
- Support the Graduate Programmes in place across Enterprise Services & Group Functions including the IT, Finance and Business Graduate programmes
Essential Experience and Qualifications
- A third level qualification or equivalent relevant work experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Ability to build trusted relationships within HR and with line managers
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of HR systems, processes & procedures is an advantage

Salary
€44,000 - €54,000 per annum
