Who we’re looking for
Working alongside the Human Experience Director, [Technology & Product], this person will participate and contribute both at an operational and strategic level within the Technology and Product business. The HX Strategy Partner will provide a key role in championing the People Strategy and driving a culture of high performance within the organisation.
The person will also be responsible for partnering with our people leaders on all aspects of HR, organisational development, employee engagement, performance management and talent management.
Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with people leaders and act as their trusted advisor to deliver high quality, efficient and consistent HR initiatives and services
  • Responsible for driving and executing the people strategy across the technology and product business function enhancing the workplace experience, building a positive organisational culture and enhancing our processes to support organisational delivery.
  • Coaching the management teams you support through the performance management cycle to drive high performance with the opportunity to support change management and organisational development initiatives.
  • Business partner with people leaders to understand resourcing demands to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the strategy.
  • Lead learning and development activity with your teams and stakeholder groups, recognising requirements and partnering effectively with our Talent Development team to develop appropriate learning strategies to drive a high performance culture.
  • Assist the Senior HX Business Partner and wider HX team on shared continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent employee experience for all our humans supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the business and working collaboratively with the events team to ensure our humans feel valued and connected to the organisation.
  • Provide day/day tactical support to employees and people leaders through effective coaching and mentoring and management of employee relations, grievance and/or disciplinary hearings.
  • Execute compensation planning in line with the overall annual compensation strategy.
  • Analyse trends and metrics to deliver key insights to people leaders and the business to enhance HR solutions, processes and programs that address current and future problems and enable better decisions.
Experience
  • Strong change management and project management experience preferable, having worked on the delivery of key HR projects.
  • Strong coaching experience helping to drive a high-performance culture.

  • Attention to detail - Strong attention to detail and ability to configure and present metrics and data to a professional level and senior audience.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible individual with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and develop.
  • Assertive and energetic with extensive experience working in a fast paced, high growth and changing environments.
  • Adaptability – Ability to embrace change and being flexible and comfortable adapting current work practices and procedures to respond to changing/different situations. Comfortable working in ambiguity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in HR/Business or related discipline is required
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 3 years working as a HR Business Partner
  • Experience working in a fast paced, agile and dynamic environment
