    Job Summary


    The Human Resource Administrator will work closely with the business partner or relevant strategic HR lead to scope the needs of the business, deliver company-wide HR strategy


    The post holder will be instrumental in supporting managers and business units in the operation by ensuring all HR records and processes are effectively managed and delivered.
    You must be able to obtain an Airport Airside ID - by providing a full 5-year background check and Garda or Police clearance. If lived outside of Ireland longer than 6 months after the age of 18, a police clearance is required from that relevant country.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work closely with the business partner or relevant strategic HR lead to scope the needs of the business, deliver company-wide HR strategy and implement creative and innovative HR solutions to improve business outcomes.
    • Organize and maintain personnel records
    • Support and work with colleagues and the business to enable the achievement of business outcomes. Provide advise and guidance to Managers on all elements of HR including: Performance Management, Disciplinary & Grievance, Absence Managemen
    • Identify where there are gaps and challenges regarding HR process/working relationships and identify solutions where appropriate. Deliver training sessions for Line Managers on HR procedures, performance management, and mentoring.
    • Achieve individual and team efficiencies through improved working practices.
    • Support projects and complex cases, leading and taking ownership as appropriate.
    • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
    • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
    • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
    • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize events)

    Qualifications and Competencies

    • CIPD qualified or BS in Human Resources or relevant field
    • 2 years + experience of working in a fast-paced high volume HR environment
    • Understanding of pay and benefits
    • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to draft and comprehend complex legal documentation;
    • Excellent attention to detail;
    • Strong verbal communication skills and experience dealing with employees of all levels
    • Proven ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to deal with confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
    • Flexibility and time management, ability to manage conflicting requirements
    • Advanced IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with HR software
    • Motivated self starter with passion for developing a career in HR
    • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
    • Ability to develop effective relationships with other departments and managers;
