The HR administrator will work to support all HR administration within the business. As part of this role, you will also gain exposure to all areas of the business as you report to the CEO.
Day to day duties and responsibilities
- Managing the HR email inbox and ensuring appropriate action is taken to support managers and employees throughout the business
- Liaising with the CEO
- Assisting the HR team with drafting contracts and addendums
- Using our internal HR management system (CORE HR) to ensure all employees are correctly uploaded to the system and any additional information is uploaded in a timely manner
- Ensuring employee files are kept up to date
- Screening candidates and organizing interviews for various roles within the business
- Assisting with other ad hoc administration duties and supporting any HR initiates or projects
Skills and Competencies Required
- A qualification in Human Resources is desirable but not essential
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using a HR data management system would be beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills
- A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
