Job Description: Human Resources assistant
Our CBD Wellness Company is looking for an experienced – Human Resources assistant with a strong emphasis in staffing/recruiting. We are a fast-growing fun team; Come join our great team!
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Facilitate and implement all phases of the staffing recruitment process.
· Collaborate with HR Director to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
· Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
· Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
· Schedules interviews, conducts follow-up with hiring managers and potential candidates to move forward with the hiring process.
· Ensure hiring managers have all required new hire documentation, review new hire paperwork for completion and collect all required collateral to complete new hire files
· Collaborates with the HR Director and hiring manager during the offer process, identifying start dates, and other pertinent details for on-boarding and payroll
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
· Administer organizational policies such as attendance, PTO, work anniversaries, holiday celebrations, internal communications and other tasks related to human resources as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
· Ability to create and implement staffing recruitment for a variety of positions.
· Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to stafing recruitment.
· Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

1 or more years Staffing recruiting
1 or more years Human Resources
Starting pay is $48000. Annual salary with room for growth
