About The Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for formulating partnerships across the company and with external partners to deliver value-added service to management and employees that enables the business objectives of the organization. Responsible for creating and maintaining scalable and innovative HR programs.
Core Responsibilities
Consults with line management and employees, providing HR guidance when appropriate
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with business leadership to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance, creation, and implementation.
Responsible for Recruiting new hires.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Provides guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
Provides support and documentation for all SOC2 HR policies.
Participates in implementation and evaluation of training programs to ensure success.
Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal counsel as needed/required.
Responsible for documentation and compliance for HR SOC2 responsibilities
Performs other related duties as needed.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee and relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
