As the Director of Human Resources at SMS, you’ll have the opportunity to take our HR department from a competent vertical to an integrated part of every aspect of our business.

· Working with company leadership on organization and people strategies.

· Leading a team of HR professionals to provide outstanding service in all areas of Human Resources to our employees, leaders, and candidates.

· Enabling the company’s growth by creating a work environment where people can and want to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
