In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

  • Participates in onboarding and weekly new employee orientation presentations
  • Strong working knowledge of Kronos
  • Participates in Kronos provided trainings to keep current on upcoming changes and requirements
  • Works with the training department to ensure Relias and Kronos updates are processed timely and correctly
  • Processes updates and changes within Kronos
  • Ensures new employee and certain other documents are uploaded to the Kronos HRIS database and that there are no duplicative personnel shadow files
  • Utilizes MCR Health general protocols for certain non-HR activities, such as the Incident Reporting system
  • Escalates requests for discipline and/or terminations to MCR Health HR before acting
  • Escalates workers' compensation claims and Family

What you need to bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience required
  • Experience working with and maintaining Kronos HRIS or other HRIS database systems strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency required
  • Experience with Relias preferred
