Job Description:
Human resources information systems (HRIS) coordinators perform data entry and maintenance for VHS. Ensures standards for data integrity are upheld. HRIS coordinators create and run reports requested by facility Human Resources. Update, maintain and completed request for employee bonus programs.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Two year's experience in two or more functional areas of human resources to include employment. Experience in an environment with a union presence is preferable.

Other:Demonstrate knowledge of federal and state laws as they apply to human resources management.

Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database.
