We are searching for a Human Resources Manager with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities!
Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm (longer hours at times as needed)

Requirements:
- 1-2 years prior experience in Human Resources within a nursing center or healthcare setting
- 1-2 years prior experience in Payroll
- New hire orientation experience preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff
- Superior organization skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task
- Experience with onboarding new hires, benefits administration, handling worker's comp/LOA claims, and building employee morale
