The Role
You will be an experienced HR specialist who
- Can provide HR advice, guide and coach the businesses leaders
- Review and develop HR processes and policies
- Be responsible for all Talent Engagement matters for your assigned business area including but not limited to deploying HR processes and policies, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, and Corporate Sustainability activities.
- Advise on a wide range of employment relations issues
- Conduct and advise on investigations including grievance and disciplinaries

Salary: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
