Waynesboro Health and Rehab Center located in the quaint little city of Waynesboro, Tennessee offers Respite Care, Long term care, and Palliative and Hospice. This campus offers care for 109 residents and patients who rely on us for life enrichment and quality of care.

We are currently seeking a Human Resource Director for our 109-bed skilled nursing center. The community describes Waynesboro Health and Rehab as ‘family’, and we’re honored to serve every one of our 109 residents with the most compassionate care for over 50 years.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Payroll Processing
- Process insurance authorizations and ensure insurance coverage
- Assist with interviewing and guiding applicants through the hiring process.
- Ensure human resource documentation is complete and accurate
- Accounts payable and receivable
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred but not required.
Experience
- Must have, as a minimum, five years experience in HR Administration.
